Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri). Occasionally it may take a little longer given each product is handmade. In the event of any delays, you would be notified.
We ship worldwide & all our orders are posted 1st Class as a large letter with Proof of Postage.
Postage on UK orders is £1.60. Postage on EU orders is £3.25. Postage on International orders is £4.20. These costs will be added at the checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your product, you may return the unused item to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of the item (excluding any P&P costs). This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit.
